SKATE IT: The most realistic skating experience for iPhone & iPod is now available. EA really nailed this title and comparing it with other games in the genre is like comparing apples and oranges. Realistic graphics, authentic skaters and brands are some of the items to look forward. A relatively difficult learning curve will likely turn off many players initially, but those who persist will be rewarded with one of the finest portable skateboarding games available. Overall presentation is quite remarkable and the rating is awesome.
American Idol: It is a mix of DDR and Guitar Hero with a mini-game in to keep things interesting. The main activity is singing songs, which is done by tilting the iPhone up and down when the notes go by or tapping on stationary stars to dance. A good performance impresses the judges and moves you on to the next week. The user interface is perfect for this game, very responsive and also a little challenging which is good. You aren’t just tapping on the notes as they go by. The graphics are good as well, so overall this is a really good game and the rating is high for it.
Monopoly: The Monopoly app is a perfect representation of the American version of the Monopoly Classic. The graphics look great, from the board and the pieces, the boot, shoe, dog and top hat are all there, to the animations of the game itself. Even the choice of locations the lounges of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s and beyond all look great. It will be no surprise to find out that playing the game is as realistic on the iPhone/iPod touch as it is to playing on it in real life. So, overall the game looks fantastic and the ratings are great as well. Have it enjoy it!!!
NBA Live: EA’s next big title, NBA Live is impressive on all counts. All the licensed teams and players are there including unlock able legends. In game graphics look good and you can recognize the individual players easily but it is in replay mode that the graphics really come to life and it makes scoring a spectacular basket all the more rewarding. The commentary in the game is its plus point and sound effects are really good. So, overall The game is quite a great presentation of Electronic Arts and the games’ rating is much higher than any other basketball game.
FIFA World Cup: FIFA World Cup is well presented game. The app brings all of the great features you would expect from an EA game, including decent commentary, great crowd effects and excellent game play. Graphically, the game feels like it should have come on some of the cut sequences are, frankly, dreadful. Every now and again, you’re provided with glimpses of how good the game could be. Overall game ratings are very good, so enjoy it guyz.
